- Tonto National Park is on our list for our next visit. We arrived one half hour before closing, and the cliff dwellings where a half mile walk. This picture was taken with my telephone lens. I am looking forward to walking up there. Enjoy!

Never mind the name. My great grandfather was the Elk's Steward in 1927. Laura and I were so excited to see a picture of George W. Huntzinger (not Hunsaker) that we have not seen before.

- I remember my mother having one of these ironing machines. She did not like us standing by her in fear that our fingers would get caught between the roller and the iron. She may have been right.

- On the homestead - maybe not old enough but then galvanized metal does not rust as fast - maybe my grandmother washed clothes in this tub and bathed my mother -
- This tree may have a family connection, and it may not. It is an old tree, but is it 90 years old? This tree is placed close to where the family home was located on the Huntzinger homestead in the foothills of the Dos Cabezas Mountains. I will be happy thinking my grandparents planted this tree.
Little about me:
- Age 62.
- Married 43 years to my high school sweetheart.
- Retired from the US Navy after 25 years. I was a mustang officer. Chief Yeoman, then off to Office Candidate School, and retired as a Lieutenant in the Supply Corps.
- Currently teach for the University of Phoenix.
